| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨塑料玩具中邻苯二甲酸酯和烷基酚类雌激素在模拟汗液和唾液作用下的溶出情况。方法：玩具用模拟汗液和唾液浸渍，浸渍液经液-液萃取后用高效液相色谱法测定目标化合物含量。结果：实验玩具的浸渍液中全部检出7种环境雌激素，其中BPA和DBP的溶出量较高，BPA、DBP和DEHP的溶出率较高。结论：塑料玩具中存在的环境雌激素成分在儿童玩耍过程中可经体液作用溶出。
