新疆地方性氟砷中毒地区改水后居民免疫水平的观察

为了解地方性氟砷中毒地区改水１０年后居民免疫水平的状况，作在新疆硅屯地区的高氟区、高氟砷区和正常对照区分别先选取６０、５８和５８人，进行唾液溶菌敏和末梢血Ｔ淋巴细胞的测定。结果表明，唾液溶菌酶含量各调查点之间无论男女均无显性差异，不同年龄组之间亦无显性差异；男性末梢血Ｔ淋巴细胞含量高氟砷区仍低于正常对照区。改水１０年后，无论氟中毒还是氟砷联合中毒地区居民的免疫水平基本恢复正常，说明防治工作取

Investigation of Immune Level on Endemic Fluorosis and Fluorosis-Arsenism Areas After Remaking Water Ten Years

In order to investigate the condition of the immune level of the residents in theareas of endemic fluorosis and fluoride-arsenide poisoning after drinking hygienic water,thedeterminations of sialinen lysozyne and T Iymphocyte of peripheral blood were conducted athigher fluoride, higher fluoride-arsenide and control areas with 60, 58 and 58 persons inKuitun district, Xinjiang. The results showed that the contents of sialine lysozyme were notsignificant difference in the three areas both sex and age. The content of T lymphocyte of peripheral blood of male in the area of higher fluoride-arsenide was lower than that of the control. The immune level of the residents in fluorosis and fluoride-arsenide poisoning areas basically returned normal after remaking water ten years. that indicated that the prophylacticotherapeutic work has achieved tangible effects.
