我国医学信息标准化建设存在的主要问题及建议

通过对医学信息学相关标准的透视，分析了我国医学信息标准化建设的现状和存在的主要问题，探讨了当前医疗卫生信息化建设中必须重视和关注的标准化问题：要充分认识到标准化是信息化建设的重要基础，正视当前我国医院信息化建设中缺乏标准和不使用标准的严重后果，加强相关专业人才的培养，进一步开展国际合作与交流，重点推进一些适合我国国情的医学信息学标准的引进和研制进程，确保我国医疗卫生信息化建设的效益和持续发展。

Some Problems and Suggestions on Medical Information Standardization in China

This paper described the perspective of the relevant medical informatics standards,analyzed the current state and main problems of the medical information standardization construction in China, discussed the standardization problem in the current health care informatization construction which must be paid great attention:we must fully realize that standardization is the important foundation of the informatizationcon struction and face up to the serious consequences resulted from the absence of standard and not using standard in the hospital informatization construction,strengthen the cultivation of the relevant specialized personnel,further develop the international cooperation and exchanges, push forward the research process and the importation of some focused medical informatics standards combining our national conditions closely,and guarantee the benefit and sustainable development of the health care informatization construction in our country.
