灯盏花素治疗椎基底动脉供血不足疗效观察与TCD比较分析

目的 了解灯盏花素治疗椎基底动脉供血不足(VBI)临床疗效及治疗前后经颅多普勒(TCD)变化情况.方法 选取椎基底动脉供血不足患者160例,随机分成2组,灯盏花素组80例,低分子右旋糖苷组80例,比较治疗前后临床疗效及TCD变化情况.结果 灯盏花素可明显改善患者眩晕、呕吐等临床症状,总有效率达97.50%,明显高于对照组83.75%(P＜0.05),且TCD结果显示治疗后治疗组椎基底动脉系统血流速度增快优于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 灯盏花素可有效治疗椎基底动脉供血不足.

Observation on Breviscapine Injection for vertebrobasilar insufficiency and TCD changes

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Breviscapine Injection on vertebrobasilar insufficiency and compare the changes of Transcranial Doppler (TCD) before and after the treatment. Method The patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency (n=160) were randomly divided into 2 groups: Breviscapine Injection group (n=80) and Low-molecular-weight Dextran Injection group (n=80). The curative effects and the changes of TCD were compared before and after the treatment. Result Breviscapine Injection relieved the symptoms remarkably, such as dizziness and vomit in patients. The total effective rate was 97.50 % in Breviscapine Injection group, which was significantly higher than 83.75 % in Low-molecular-weight Dextran Injection group (P<0.05). The result of TCD showed that Breviscapine Injection group had a better outcome in blood flow rate of vertebrobasilar system than the control group (P<0.01) after the treatment. Conclusion Breviscapine Injection can treat effectively the vertebrobasilar insufficiency.
