复方甘草酸苷治疗激素依赖性皮炎临床分析

目的观察复方甘草酸苷治疗激素依赖性皮炎的疗效及安全性。方法对照组口服氯雷他啶片10mg，1次／d，外用维生素E尿素霜，连续21d；治疗组在对照组的基础上，加用复方甘草酸苷注射液40mg，1次／d，5d后改为复方甘草酸苷片50mg，3次／d，共21d。结果治疗组和对照组治疗后的TSS分别为（4．5±1．7）和（10．4±2．3），差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；治疗组有效率为84．14％，对照组为41．67％，两组疗效比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。治疗组86例中虽有4例出现一定的不良反应，经相应处理后很快恢复。结论复方甘草酸苷治疗激素依赖性皮炎安全、有效。

Clinical trial of Compound Glycyrrhizin in the treatment of hormone-dependent dermatitis

Objective To evaluate the the efficacy and safty of compound glycyrrhizin for treating the patients with hormone-dependent dermatitis. Methods A randomized parralled comparative clinical observation was performed in 158 patients. They were divided into two groups. The control group of 72 cases was treated with loratadine 10 milligram orally per day as well as Vitamine E combined with urea cream ,the experimental group of 86 cases was added with compound glycyrrhizin injection for 5 days,then compound glycyrrhizin 50 milligram orally, three times a day. All patients were treated for 21 days. Results The TSS of the experimental group were （4. 5±1.7） and the congtrol group were （10.4±2.3） after the treatment （P〈0.01）, The total effective rate of experimental group was 84. 14% and 41.67% in the control group. The diffference of TSS （P〈0.01） after treatment and efficacy（P〈0.05） were significant between the experimental group and the control group. Although 4 of the 86 cases in the experimental group had side effects, they recovered quickly after treatment. Conclusion Cornpound glycyrrhizin is effective and safe in the treatment of Hormone-dependent dermatities.
