| 摘 要： | 目的：比较脂必妥与辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症的疗效。方法：高脂血症病人６０例（男性２８例，女性３２例，年龄５５±ｓ８ａ）服用脂必妥３片（０．３５ｇ／片），ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ，连续４ｗｋ；另３０例（男性１４例，女性１６例，年龄５６±９ａ）用辛伐他汀１片（５ｍｇ／片），ｐｏ，ｑｄ，连续４ｗｋ。结果：２组均能降低血ＴＣ，ＴＧ及升高ＨＤＬ－ｃｈ，脂必妥组依次下降２０％，４０％及ＨＤＬ－ｃｈ升高２９％；辛伐他汀组为下降２０％，３９％，升高２８％。组间比较无显著差异，２组均仅有轻微不良反应。结论：脂必妥与辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症的疗效与安全性相似。

| Abstract: | AIM: To compare the antilipidemia effect of Zhi-bi-tuo and simvastatin. METHODS: Sixty patients (M 28, F 32, age 55±s 8 a) with hyperlipidemia were treated with Zhi-bi-tuo 3 Tab (0.35 g/Tab), po, tid, for 4 wk, other 30 patients (M 14, F 16, age 56±9 a) received simvastatin 1 Tab (5 mg/tab), po, qd, for 4 wk. RESULTS: Both drugs were equally effective in lowing TC, TG and increasing HDL-ch. Zhi-bi-tuo group: TC-20%, TG-40%, HDL-ch+29%. Simvastatin group: TC-20%, TG-39%, HDL-ch+28%. Which had no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). Adverse reaction of two group are all mild. CONCLUSION: Zhi-bi-tuo is an effective and safe drug in treating hyperlipidemia as well as simvastatin. |
