| 摘 要： | 通过对心肌梗塞后急性左室重构组３６例和非重构组５０例的临床资料分析、发现凡急性心肌梗塞发病表现为急性坏死型，或无梗塞前心绞痛，心电图呈光滑的ＱＳ波，无梗塞内阻滞的多提示多透壁性梗塞，此为急性左室重构的基本条件。在此基础上急性左室重构的决定因素是急性心肌梗塞发病时高血压的程度及（或）前负荷增加的程度，而与既往高血压病史及梗塞面积小大无关。

| Abstract: | Clinical data of 86 cases of myoradial infarctionwese analyzed.All patients were divided inlo
acute leftventricular remodeling group(36 cases) and nonremodeL-ing group(50 cases).The
result showed that acute trans-mural myocardial infarction was mostly suggested
wheninfarction was of an acute necrotic type(with or withoutpreinfartional angina ).
Ectocardiogram was found tohave smooth QS waves without infrainfarct blockage.This is the
premise for acute left ventricular remedeling.The determinants of acute left ventricular
remodeling arethe degree of hypertension and/or the degree of preloadat the onset of
myocardial infarction.but not related toprevious hypertension and the size of myocardial infarct. |
