镁剂对心肌梗塞后左心功能的影响

应用硫酸镁静滴治疗心肌梗塞８８例，与不硫酸镁组进行单盲对照。采用超声心动图测量治疗前、后左心室功能改变，并用心电图连续监测心律失常变化。结果：硫酸镁组左室收缩功能指标（ＥＦ、ＣＯ、ＣＶ等）明显增加，心律失常发生率明显下降，与对照组比较差异显著。提示：硫酸镁对心肌梗塞后左室功能有良好效应。作者并对其机制进行了讨论。

Effect of magnesium on left ventricular function aftermyocardial infarction

88 patients with acute or old myocadiac infareionwere treated with magnesium sulfate and contrastedwith a non-random single-blind control group.Thechanges of left ventricular function before and after thetreatment were measured by echocardiography; the vari-ations of arrhythmia were monitored with electrocardiogram. The resulls ahowed a remarkable inerease inthe Darameters of left ventricular systolic function(ejec-tion fraction. cardiac outut and stroke volume)and anObvious decrease in the incidence of arrhythmia. Therewas a marked difference between the treatment and control groups( P<0.01 ).The rcxuIts alxOrevealed thatmagnesium sulfate had a favorable influence on the leftventricular function after myocardial infarvtion. Themechanism was discussed.
