摘    要:目的 探讨妊娠期糖尿病胎儿产前、产后心脏整体作功的变化。方法 选择妊娠期糖尿病58例(超声检查173例次),正常妊娠132例,妊娠期糖尿病组产后婴儿35例,正常妊娠产后婴儿35例,组织多普勒获取胎儿及婴儿二尖瓣、三尖瓣瓣环处的流速曲线,测量心动周期,计算Tei指数以反映心脏的整体作功功能。结果 妊娠期糖尿病胎儿及婴儿心脏左右心的Tei指数均高于正常妊娠。结论 妊娠期糖尿病胎儿左右心的整体作功均受损害,这一损害会延续到婴儿期。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the myocardial performance index of fetus and infant in gestational diabetes mellitus by tissue Doppler imaging.Methods There were 58 fetuses who acceped 173 exmines and 35 infants of gestational diabetes mothers and 132 fetuses and 35 infants of normal pregnancy.Doppler tracing of mitral and tricuspid annulus were obtained by tissue Doppler imaging to calculate the myocardial performance index.Results The myocardial performance index of mitral and tricuspid annulus of fetuses and infants of gestational diabetes mellitus were higher than those of healthy group(P<(0.05)).Conclusions The myocardial performance of fetus is damaged in gestational diabetes mellitus group,and such damage persists to infant's period.
