头孢米诺钠与氨甲苯酸的配伍稳定性考察

摘    要:目的考察头孢米诺钠与氨甲苯酸在0.9%生理盐水中配伍的稳定性。方法分别采用双波长分光光度法和二阶导数法测定配伍液在25℃下放置0,2,4,6,8h后各成分的含量,观察混合液的pH值和外观的变化。结果头孢米诺钠与氨甲苯酸在配伍后8h内。含量及混合液pH值均无显著变化。结论注射用头孢米诺钠与氨甲苯酸可配伍应用。

Abstract:Objective To study the compatible stability of cefminox sodium and aminomethylbenzoic acid in 0. 9% NS. Methods At 25℃, dual wavelength and second order derivative UV spectrophotometry were designed to determine each content of cefminox sodium and aminomethylbenzoic acid at 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 h after compatibility, and the change of the liquid appearance and its pH was observed. Results There was no evident variation in its content and pH during 8 h at 25℃ after compatibility. Conclusion Cefminox sodium for injection can be used by mixing with aminomethylbenzoic acid in 0.9% NS.
