| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨综合性心理行为干预对肺癌一侧全肺切除术患者围手术期免疫功能的影响。方法 择期30例肺癌行一侧全肺切除术患者，随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组给予综合性心理行为干预。分别于术前和术后检测相关免疫学指标。结果 本组病人术后1天NK细胞活性、CD^4 、CD^4 /CD^8 、IgG、IgM水平较术前明显降低，其中对照组降低较实验组明显。实验组术后NK细胞活性、CD^4 、CD^4 /CD^8 、IgG、IgM水平术后恢复较对照组快。结论 心理行为干预能减轻一侧全肺切除术患者围手术期免疫功能抑制。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect on immune function of psychological and behavioral intervention in patients with pneumoectomy.Methods Thirty patients underwent operations with pneumoectomy.They were randomly devided into two groups:trial and control. Trial group was given comprehensive psychological and behavioral intervention.The activity of NK cell,CD 4+ /CD 8+ /CD 4+ /CD 8+ and immunoglobulin were measured in each group respectively .Results The activity of NK cell ?CD 4+ /CD 4+ /CD 8+ and immunoglobulin significantly decreased 1 day after the operation.The decrease of trial group was more significantly than those in control group.The recovery of the activity of NK cell?CD 4+ ?CD 4+ /CD 8+ and immunoglobulin were more significantly rapid in the trial group than those in the control group.Conclusion Comprehensive psychological and behavioral intervention can reduce inhibited immune function in patients with pneumoectomy. |
