抽动秽语综合征三例报告

报告三例抽动秽语综合征的诊治经过。介绍本综合征与某些神经疾患之鉴别要点,并论述了本综合征与强迫性神经官能症的可能关系。通过本组三例的治疗,证实氟哌啶醇是较理想的药物;合并有强迫性神经官能症者对氯丙咪嗪的反应良好;一些学者认为,它有神经介质传递障得,亦可能有血清素(5—HT)的紊乱。关于本综合征的遗传因素,对其遗传方式,多倾向于认为系一种常染色体隐性遗传,但尚不能肯定地除外半显性或显性遗传。

Three typical cases of Gilles de La Tourette's syndrome were presented,dif- ferential diagnosis of this syndrome from some common neuropathies and its correla- tion with obsessive-compulsive neurosis discussed.Haloperidol was proved to be a ra- ther ideal drug,and clomipramine also quite good especially when complicated with obsessive-compulsive neurosis;some authors considered if as a result of retardatory disturbances in transferring fuuction of neurotransmitter,and possibly derange- ment of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT,serotonin)potency.with regard to the genetic factor and mode of inheritance of this syn drome,authors usually referred it to autosomal recessive inheritance,although semi dominance and complete dominance sill couldn't be ruled out.
