| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨肿瘤坏死因子 a(TNF a)及可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (sIL 2R)水平及其在下呼吸道感染过程中的变化及意义。方法 :采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)检测了 48例下呼吸道感染患者TNF a及sIL 2R水平。结果 :下呼吸道感染患者TNF a及sIL 2R水平明显增高 ,与健康对照组相比 ,统计学差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :TNF a及sIL 2R水平变化与下呼吸道感染关系密切 ,其重要性值得进一步研究

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the changes of TNF a and sIL 2R and its clinical significance in lower respiratory tract infections diseases. Methods: The levels of TNF a and sIL 2R were detected from 48 casess serum of lower respiratory tract infection diseases by using ELISA method. Results: There were markedly higher the levels of TNF a and sIL 2R in patients with lower respiratory tract infection diseases than that in the normal group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The both of TNF a and sIL 2R levels was concerned closely with the lower respiratory tract infection diseases, which importance need to be further study. |
