| 摘 要： | 目的观察电针配合中药治疗胆汁返流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将58例胆汁返流性胃炎患者,按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组30例和对照组28例。治疗组采用电针配合中药治疗,对照组采用口服西药治疗。结果治疗组治愈率为43.3%,总有效率为93.3%;对照组治愈率为21.4%,总有效率为67.9%。经统计学处理,两组治愈率及总有效率差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论电针配合中药治疗胆汁返流性胃炎是一种有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of electrocupuncture plus Chinese herbal medicine in treating bile reflux gastritis.
