| Abstract: | At present, the main question is macro health policy goal system not very clear, and health reform motivation and national general reform dynamics not very march and convergence.Why and how need health reform? What for health reform? And so on issues have been becoming the main strategy issues for modern health care system framework design and choice of health policy model, becoming the most important,precondition of continuous strengthen health reform and ensuring the health reform success. |
