苦参素联合α-2b干扰素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效观察

目的:观察苦参素联合α-2b干扰素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:将105例患者随机分为对照组50例、治疗组55例,其中对照组皮下注射α-2b干扰素300IU,每日1次,15d后改为隔日1次,疗程6mo;治疗组在对照组基础上加用苦参素,0.6g.次-1,静脉滴注,每日1次,1个月后改为0.2g.次-1,口服,每日3次,疗程6mo。结果:治疗后的ALT复常率、HBeAg及HBV-DNA阴转率,治疗组为90.4%、67.5%、69.2%,对照组为74.5%、38.3%、40.4%;随访1a的ALT复常率、HBeAg及HBV-DNA阴转率,治疗组为86.5%、65.4%、65.4%,对照组为70.2%、36.2%、38.3%。2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:苦参素联合α-2b干扰素治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效优于单用干扰素。

Kushenin in Combination with α-2b Interferon for Chronic Type B Hepatitis: Observation of Curative Efficacy

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of kushenin plus α-2b interferon in the treatment of chronic type B hepatitis.METHODS:A total of 105 chronic type B hepatitis were randomly divided into control group(n=50) and trial group(n=55),all of whom were hypodermically injected with α-2b interferon 300IU(q.d for the first 15d then shifted to EOD for the following days) for a total of 6mon,and the patients in the trial group were treated additionally with kushenin(at a dose of 0.6g· time-1 by iv gtt q.d for the first 1mo then shifted to 0.2g· time-1 by oral administration tid for the following days) for a total of 6mo.RESULTS:After treatment,the ALT recovery rate,and the negative changing rates of HBeAg and HBV-DNA in the trial group were 90.4%,67.5%,and 69.2%,respectively vs.74.5%,38.3%,and 40.4%,respectively in the control group.At 1a's follow-up,which stood at 86.5%,65.4%,and 65.4% in trial group vs.70.2%,36.2%,and 38.3% in the control group,showing significant differences between two groups(P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Kushenin plus α-2b interferon showed a better efficacy than α-2b interferon alone in the treatment of chronic type B hepatitis.
