来氟米特、泼尼松和贺普丁联合治疗乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎的临床研究

目的观察来氟米特治疗乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎的临床疗效。方法对14例乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎患者，采用来氟米特、泼尼松和贺普丁联合治疗。疗程3个月。结果14例乙肝相关性肾炎患者中，完全缓解5例（35．7％），部分缓解7例（50％），总有效率85．7％，无效2例（14.3％）。无明显肝肾毒性、骨髓抑制等不良反应。结论来氟米特、泼尼松和贺普丁联合治疗乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎疗效显著，不良反应少，可作为临床常规治疗方案。

Study of leflunomide on hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis

Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of leflunomide on Hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis(HBV-GN).Methods] 14 patients with HBV-GN were treated with leflunomide medium amount combined with lamivudine,and were observed 3moths.Results] Five cases completely relieved,seven cases partly relieved,two cases nullity,and the effective rate was 85.7%,and there was no obvious hepatoxicity,bone marrow depression and so on untoward reactions.Conclusion] Leflunomide medium amount combined with lamivudine on HBV-GN has significant curative effect and little untoward reaction.By also,it is safe and tolerable.
