| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨创伤性膈疝的诊断和治疗的方法,总结创伤性膈疝的经验教训。方法：本组15例创伤性膈疝,其中男性13例,女性2例,经胸手术9例,经胸腹两切口2例,经腹手术3例,胸腹联合切口1例。结果：术前诊断9例,手术中诊断5例,剖腹术后漏诊1例,15例全部治愈,无并发症。结论：创伤性膈疝早期易误诊、漏诊,对胸腹部创伤的病人,早期影像学检查十分必要,胸腹部CT检查以明确诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective:To invest the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia.Methods: 15 patients in this group,9 cases undergo thoracotomy,two cases undergo two incisions in thorax and abdominal,one case through thoracoabdominal incision.Results:9 cases were diagnosed in preoperative,5 cases were diagnosed during operation,one case missed diagnosis postlaparotomy exploratory.all patients were cured,have no complication.Conclusions:For the patients with the trauma of thoracic and abdominal,photogram ex... |
