| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法:对498例输尿管结石行输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果:输尿管上段结石气压弹道碎石率为75.5%(74/98),输尿管中段结石气压弹道碎石率为89.4%(160/179),输尿管下段结石气压弹道碎石率为97.7%(251/257)。输尿管结石总碎石成功率90.8%(485/534)。手术并发症8.0%(40/498)。结论:输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石是一种安全、有效、微创的治疗方法。

Clinical analysis of ureteroscopic ballistic lithoclasty in the treatment of ureteral calculi-A report of 498 cases |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical use of ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy on the treatment of ureter stones.Methods:498 cases of these conditions were treated with ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripor.Results:The stones-free rate was 75.5% in the proximal ureteral calculi patients,89.4% in the middle ureteral calculi and 97.7% in the distal ureteral calculi patients,respectively.The complication rate was 8.0%.Conclusions:Ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy is a highly effective and safe method for managing ureteral calculi. |
