大黄中大黄素的提取条件优化

摘    要:目的研究大黄中大黄素的提取工艺。方法以大黄素含量为指标,正交实验法考察提取时间、乙醇浓度及用量对大黄素提取率的影响。结果提取时间、乙醇浓度及用量对大黄素提取率的影响有显著影响。结论最佳提取工艺为:大黄用8倍量60%乙醇,浸泡12 h,渗漉提取12 h,大黄素含量最高。
