硫酸镁对大鼠创伤性脑水肿的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨硫酸镁对大鼠创伤性脑水肿的影响及可能的脑保护机制。方法 在SD大鼠颅脑创伤的同时腹腔注射硫酸镁治疗,伤后24h测定颅脑创伤组及硫酸镁治疗组大鼠挫伤灶边缘脑皮质含水量、Na^ 、K^ 、Ca^2 、Mg^2 含量,用伊文氏蓝作为示踪剂,荧光比色法定量观察血脑屏障的通透性,同时取标本做病理学检查。结果 硫酸镁可以降低大鼠脑损伤后脑皮质H2O、Na^ 、Ca^ 、EB含量,病理学检查结果也证实硫酸镁可以减轻创伤性脑损伤及血脑屏障的破坏。结论 在颅脑创伤早期应用硫酸镁可以有效地减轻创伤性脑水肿及血脑屏障破坏的程度。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect and probable mechanism of magnesium sulfate on traumatic brain edema in rats.Methods The magnesium sulfate was administered intraperitoneally immediately following brain trauma.24 hours after trauma,total tissue water content,Na +,K +,Ca 2+ ,Mg 2+ content were measured.The permeability of blood-brain barrier(BBB) was quantitatively assessed by means of Evans Blue(EB) dye technique.The pathological changes were also studied.Results The content of water,Na +,Ca 2+ and EB in treatment group significantly lower than that in trauma group( P <0 05).The findings under the light and electric microscope also confirmed that magnesium sulfate can attenuate traumatic brain injury and the breakdown of BBB.Conclusion Treatment with Magnesium sulfate in early stage can attenuate traumatic brain edema and the breakdown of BBB.
