| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究白细胞介素 -6(IL -6)和肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF -α)在Graves眼病 (GO)发病机制中的作用。方法 :采用放射免疫分析法测定GO患者、无眼病的Graves病 (GD)患者和正常人的血清IL -6和TNF -α浓度。结果 :GO患者血清IL -6和TNF -α水平分别为 (3 14 .7± 15 1.8)pg/ml和 (787.4± 110 3 .5 ) pg/ml明显高于GD患者的水平 (174.7± 5 0 .3 ) pg/ml和 (5 97.9± 40 0 .0 ) pg/ml(P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。GD患者和正常对照组之间血清IL -6和TNF -α水平均无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。GO病人血清IL -6和TNF -α浓度呈正相关 (r =0 .45 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :IL-6和TNF -α在GO发病机制中可能是一重要因素
