| 摘 要： | 以氰乙酸乙酯为起始原料，先与叠氮化钠反应生成5-乙氧羰甲基-1H-四唑，再与2-氨基-3-甲基吡啶和原甲酸三乙酯缩合得到吡嘧司特，进而成盐得到吡嘧司特钾，总收率38．7％。

| Abstract: | Pemirolast potassium was synthesized from ethyl cyanoacetate by reaction with sodium azide to obtain ethyl 1 H tetrazol 5 yl acetate which reacted with 2 amino 3 methylpyridine and triethyl orthoformate, followed by potassium salf formation. The overall yield of the improved procedure was 38.7%. |
