我院2005～2007年口服降糖药利用分析

目的：了解我院3年来口服降糖药的使用情况，判断应用是否合理，为临床用药提供参考。方法：通过药物利用分析方法对我院2005～2007年口服降糖药的用药频率及用药金额等方面进行统计。结果：销售金额排在前3位分别是阿卡波糖、格列齐特、格列美脲，DDDs排在前3位分别是格列齐特、阿卡波糖、二甲双胍。结论：我院口服降糖药的使用基本合理，磺酰脲类与a-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂占主导地位，胰岛素敏感改善剂吡格列酮、罗格列酮等新药反映良好，预计今后用药量会有所增加。

Utilization of Oral Hypoglycemic Drugs Druing the Period 2005～2007 in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the utilization of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital in recent three years to evaluate its rationality for reference of clincial rational drug use. METHODS： The use of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital from 2005 to 2007 was analyzed statistically in respect of its DDDs and consumption sum etc. RESULTS： Leading the first 3 places in terms of consumption sum were Acarbose, Gliclazide and Glimepiride respectively, and in terms of DDDs were Gliclazide, Acarbose and Metformin respectively. CONCLUSION： The use of oral hypoglecemic drugs in our hospital was rational on the whole. Sulfonylurea and a-glucosidase inhibitor drugs were dominantly used. Insulin sensitiveness - improving drugs such as Pioglitazone and Rosiglitazone new medication achieved satisfactory efficacy in the clinic, the consumption of which is expected to increase in clinical practice.
