| 摘 要： | 目的：通过放置Ｔｃｕ２２０ＩＵＤ后头三个月每日服用妇康片０．６２５ｍｇ，每月服用２２ｄ来减少Ｔｃｕ２２０ＩＵＤ的副作用和并发症；方法：对放置Ｔｃｕ２２０ＩＵＤ的４００名妇女，随机分为甲、乙两组。甲组在放置后的头三个月内，每日服用妇康片０．６２５ｍｇ，每月服用２２ｄ。乙组则单纯放置Ｔｃｕ２２０ＩＵＤ；结果：两组在妊娠率、因症取出率、续用率等方面有显著差异，甲组续用率高，避孕效果好；结论：通过应用孕酮可以提高Ｔｃｕ２２０ＩＵＤ的续用率，且临床避孕效果

Results: Thereweresignificantdifferenceofdiseaseandrepetitiveuseintwogroups.Itwassuggestedthattherebehigherrateofrepetitiveuseandgoodcontraceptiveeffectingroupthan. Conclusion: ByusingprogesteronecanraisetherateofrepetitiveuseandhasgoodcontraceptiveofTcu220IUD. |
