| 摘 要： | 甲型H1N1流感的主要临床症状是发热、咳嗽、恶心、呕吐,根据2009年在全球发病的时间及临床症状,确定甲型H1N1流感的病性属寒,以中医六经辨证主要为少阳证,并有太阳、阳明或太阴的传变,治疗应以小柴胡汤为主,并对甲型H1N1流感的流行作简单分析。

| Abstract: | The main clinical symptoms of Influenza A（H1N1）were fever,cough,nausea and vomiting.According to the time of incidence in the global in 2009 and the symptoms in clinic,the author determined the nature of Influenza A（H1N1） is cold.Differentiation of it is mainly by six meridian syndrome differentiation.Influenza A（H1N1）was determined to belong to Shaoyang syndrome,and progress of the disease in six meridians would to be Taiyang,Yangming or Taiyin.The treatment should be mainly based on Xiaochaihu Decoction.The epidemic reason of Influenza A（H1N1） was simply analyzed as well. |
