| 摘 要： | 目的提高对骨化性肌炎诊断和治疗的认识。方法报告1例骨化性肌炎患者的临床资料,结合文献复习讨论。结果病理活检示骨化性肌炎。病灶未切除而行中西医结合治疗。结论骨化性肌炎的诊断以MRI为首选,复发早期以超声检查为敏感,确诊需病理学检查。由于病灶影响运动功能,手术是必要的,而中医治疗占重要地位。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of the myosotis ossificans. Methods A case of myositis ossificans clinical manifestation had reported and reviewed of literature. Results An incision biopsy specimen showed that the diagnosis was not be resected and treatment by traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion MRI might be the best method for an early diagnosis. Ultrasonography proved to be sensitive for early recurrence of myositis ossficans. The histopathological diagnosis was most important. Surgical excision was necessary in case of mechanical hiderane. Traditional Chinese medicine was important. |
