革兰阴性杆菌在临床科室的分布及综合评价

目的　探讨革兰阴性杆菌在医院临床科室的分布情况 ,并对我院革兰阴性杆菌临床科室感染情况做出综合评价。方法　对 1996年～ 1998年临床科室检出的 1416株革兰阴性杆菌分科室进行调查 ,并用RSR法综合统计分析。结果　革兰阴性杆菌主要分布在 :神经外科和干部病区 ,分别占 2 6 2 0 %和 16 95 %。我院革兰阴性杆菌感染情况综合评价为“优”。结论　革兰阴性杆菌是导致部分临床科室医院感染的主要病原菌 ,提示在做好医院感染控制的同时 ,有目标　有针对性地做好重点科室的感染控制管理工作 ,提高医院整体质量水平。

Comprehensive Evaluation of the Distribution of Gram-positive Bacillus in Clinical Departments.

Objective To discuss the distribution of gram positive bacilli in clinical departments and thus give an comprehensive evaluation. Methods to investigate 1 416 specimens of gram positive bacilli coming from clinical departments between 1996 and 1998, and to statistically analyze the result by using WRSR. Results gram positive bacilli have been discovered mainly in the departments of neurosurgery and cadre, accounting for 26.20% and 16.95% respectively. The comprehensive evaluation of our hospital is good. Conclusion gram positive bacilli are the primary pathogen resulting in infections in most clinical departments. It suggests that the work of infection controling must aim at some key departments.
