| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤(gastrointe stinalstromal tumors,GIST)的临床特点、诊疗方法和预后。方法回顾性分析47例经手术及病理证实的GIST的临床资料。结果 GIST主要发生在胃和小肠,主要临床症状为腹痛、胃肠道出血和腹部包块。CD117阳性表达率为100%,CD34阳性表达率为87.2%。43例行根治性切除,术后复发8例,5a生存率为57.4%。结论 GIST的临床表现缺乏特异性,免疫组化CD117,CD34等标记阳性是确诊的依据,手术切除仍是目前主要的治疗手段,靶向治疗有广阔的发展空间。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST).Methods The clinical data of 47 cases with pathologically proven GIST were analyzed retrospectively.Results Most GIST occurred in the stomach and intestine.The main symptoms were abdominal pain,gastrointestinal tract bleeding and mass.The positive rates of CD117 and CD34 were 100% and 87.2%,respectively.Forty-three cases underwent radical surgery,8 of them relapsed.The 5-year survival rate was 57.4%.C... |
