局部切除术治疗低位直肠癌

探讨局部切除术在低位直肠癌的治疗中的作用。方法以经肛门途径和经骶尾部经肛门丘约肌途径对１９例低位直肠癌患者行局部切除术。结果无手术死亡。术后发生切口感染２例，无肛门失禁和直肠瘘。结论局部切除术对早期直肠癌的治疗具有良好的效果，对于患者有多种老年病而不能耐受根治术的老年患者，可作为较好的姑息手术方法。

Local resection treats rectal cancer of lower-position

Objective To study the effects of Local resection in the treatment of rectal cancer of lower position.Methods The clinical data of 19 patients with rectal cancer of lower position operated in our hospital,the 11 cases operated by local resection through anus and 8 cases by Mason's operation were analyzed retrospectively.Results Operation of all the 19 patients was successful.There were no death in operation and no incontinence of anus and fistula of rectum.2 case incisions were infected.Conclusion Local resection has good cffccts in the treatment of nonagc rcctal canccr.For the cases with multi agedness disease that cannot bear the radica operation,it is a better way of appeasement.
