| 摘 要： | 我们报道一例79岁女性肝硬化患者合并肝动脉门静脉瘘,临床表现为反复发作的食管静脉曲张破裂出血和大量腹水,肝动脉门静脉瘘通过CT检查发现.治疗过程中患者又发生了门静脉主干血栓形成(通过彩色多普勒超声发现,CT确诊),患者最后死于食管静脉曲张破裂大量出血.肝硬化患者同时发生肝动脉门静脉瘘和门静脉主干血栓形成实属罕见,同时回顾文献进行了讨论.

| Abstract: | We report a case of an intrahepatic arterioportal fistula in a 79-year-old femalepatient with liver cirrhosis. The patient presented with recurrent esophageal variceal hemorrhageand massive ascites. A fistula between the hepatic artery and the portal vein was demonstratedby computed tomography. Portal vein trunk thrombosis occurred during the therapy, whichwas diagnosed on color Doppler ultrasound and confirmed by computed tomography. Thepatient died of lager esophageal variceal hemorrhage. It is rare that intrahepatic arterioportalfistula and portal vein trunk thrombosis occurred in a patient with liver cirrhosis at the sametime. A review of the literature is also presented. |
