循证护理在妊娠高血压患者护理中的应用效果

目的探讨循证护理在妊娠高血压早期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年10月~2020年10月于我院就诊的100例妊娠高血压患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予循证护理干预,比较两组患者血压水平变化情况及不良事件的发生情况。结果护理前,两组患者收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者SBP、DBP水平均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总不良事件发生率(10.00%)低于对照组(24.00%)(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠高血压患者实施循证护理效果显著,可改善患者血压水平,降低不良事件的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Application effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension

Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH).Methods A total of 100 cases of PIH patients in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and its randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing intervention.The changes of blood pressure and the incidence of adverse event were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the levels of DBP and SBP in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group(10.00%)was lower than that in the control group(24.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of evidence-based nursing on patients with pregnancy induced hypertension is remarkable,it can improve the blood pressure level of patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse events,which is worthy of clinical application.
