Abstract:Objective To analyze the common pathogenic bacteria and their drug resistance of pulmonary infection in super-aged people(aged≥90 years)with pulmonary infection in order to provide basis for clinical prevention and treatment.Methods Retrospective analysis of positive sputum culture was mode in patients with pulmonary infection hospritalized in Department of Geriatrics of Jinqiu Hospital of Liaoning Province from January 2016 to December 2019.Results Totally 173 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated,in which gram-negative bacilli accounted for 89.60%,gram-positive bacteria accounted for 6.36%,fungi accounted for 4.05%.The resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to many kinds of penicillin and cephalosporins was 90%~100%,forβ-lactam,ceftazidime,cefepime,piperacillin/tazobactam,and carbapenem,aminoglycosides were the most sensitive.The resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii toβ-lactams and other antibiotics was higher than 90%,and the sensitivity of tegecycline was 100%.The sensitive rates of Staphylococlus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus to daptomycin,vancomycin,linezolid and quinuiptine were 100%.The infection rate of fungus was increased,and the susceptibility rate was 100%.Conclusion Gram-negative Bacilli are the main cause of pulmonary infection in super-aged patients.The rate of fungal infection is increased.Proper antibiotics should be used based on the clinical and drug sensitivity results.
