Abstract:as the main course of traditional Chinese medicine,the teaching quality of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine has a direct impact on the cultivation and establishment of students’clinical thinking ability of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper first compares the advantages and disadvantages of traditional teaching method(lecture-based learning,LBL)and case teaching method(case-based learning,CBL)in clinical practice teaching,then explains the concrete implementation steps and application of CBL in TCM internal medicine practice teaching,and finally discusses the function and significance of CBL in cultivating TCM students’clinical thinking and solving practical clinical problems,in order to provide reference for the current teaching reform of traditional Chinese medicine.
