眩晕病因病机之五脏论

眩晕是中医临床的常见疑难疾病之一,在《黄帝内经》中已有其病因病机的相关记载.眩晕的发生与五脏相关,本文基于《黄帝内经》,通过总结其有关五脏致眩的病因病机,结合现代医家治疗眩晕的思路和方法 ,从五脏角度出发,分析眩晕的发生发展.重视五脏对眩晕发病的影响,提高中医药治疗眩晕的临床疗效.

Discussion on the Etiology and Pathogenesis of Vertigo from the Five Zang-organs

Vertigo is a one of the common difficult disease in traditional Chinese medicine,and the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease have been recorded in The Inner Canon of Huangdi.The occurrence of vertigo is related to five zang-organs,based on The Inner Canon of Huangdi,by summing up the etiology and pathogenesis of five zang-organs causing vertigo,combined with the modern medical treatment of vertigo ideas and methods,analyze the occurrence and development of vertigo from the point of five zang-organs.Attention should be paid to the influence of the five zang-organs,and increase the clinical effcacy of TCM in the treatment of vertigo.
