| 摘 要： | 创伤性膝关节炎临床常规采用抗炎、消肿药物进行治疗.文章探讨了临床中遇到的1例急性期发热患者,常规治疗效果不明显,在师承导师的指导下,根据临床症状和脉象采用柴葛解肌汤加减进行治疗,取得较好的临床疗效,拟通过病例分析,阐述疾病的病因、病机和用药特点,进一步总结老师经验.

| Abstract: | Traumatic knee arthritis is a kind of arthritis that gradually appears after the knee joint is injured.In the acute stage,the symptoms of swelling and hot pain in the joint appear frequently.Anti-inflammatory and detumescence drugs are usually used in clinical treatment.A case of acute fever was encountered in the clinic.The effect of routine treatment was not obvious.Under the guidance of the teacher,Chaige Jieji decoction was added and subtracted to achieve better clinical effect.Through case analysis,the etiology,pathogenesis and medication characteristics of the disease were elaborated,and the teacher's experience was further summarized. |
