| Abstract: | The Hedgehog pathway has been implicated in the development of several non-urologic malignancies. Recent work suggests that the activation of the glioma-associated GLi family of zinc finger transcription factors may play a role in some urologic malignancies. This review surveys the potential role of the Hedgehog pathway as a new class of biomarker in some urologic cancers. |
