Observation on the Effect of Wendan Decoction in the Treatment of Refractory Insomnia

Objective To observe the effect of Wendan Decoction plus Weifang on refractory insomnia.Methods A total of 72 patients with refractory insomnia treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2019 were selected,Grouped according to the lottery method(36 cases in each group),the control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Wendan Decoction plus Weifang,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the sleep quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Treating patients with refractory insomnia with Wendan Decoction can effectively improve the quality of sleep,the treatment effect is good,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,and the drug regimen is safe.
