替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期及复发性胃癌的临床观察

目的观察替吉奥胶囊（S-1）联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期及复发性胃癌的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法晚期及复发性胃癌26例,奥沙利铂130 mg/m2＋5%葡萄糖注射液500 ml持续静脉滴注3小时,第1天;替吉奥胶囊（S-1）40 mg/m2,早晚饭后1日2次,口服化疗,第1～14天,服用14天后停药7天。每21天为1个周期,连用2周后评价疗效和毒副反应。结果 26例均可评价,其中3例达到完全缓解（CR）,10例达部分缓解（PR）,8达稳定（SD）,5例进展（PD）,总有效率（CR＋PR）50.0%,临床受益率为80.7%。主要毒副反应为胃肠道反应、白细胞减少和周围神经毒性,均较轻,未影响治疗。结论替吉奥胶囊联合奥沙利铂化疗治疗晚期及复发性胃癌的近期疗效较好,毒副反应可以耐受,值得临床进一步研究应用。

Clinical study of advanced or metastatic gastric cancer patients treated with S-1 combined with oxaliplatin

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of the combination of S-1 and oxaliplatin in the treatment of patients with advanced or metastatic gastric carcinoma.Methods 26 patients with advanced or metastatic gastric carcinoma were treated with S-1 and oxaliplatin.The efficacy and toxicity were evaluated.Results There were 3 patients with achieved complete response（CR）,10 patients with partial response（PR）,8 patients with stable disease（SD） and 5 patients with progression disease（PD）.The overall response rate was 50.0%（13/26）.The clinical beneficial response was 80.7%（21/26）.The major toxicity included nausea,vomiting,leucopenia and neurosensory.Conclusion The regimen of S-1 and oxaliplatin is effective on treatment of patients with advanced or metastatic gastric carcinoma and the toxicity is mild and tolerable.
