女性宫颈分泌物支原体培养及药敏分析

目的了解本地区女性生殖道感染患者支原体感染情况及其对抗菌药物的敏感性，指导临床合理用药。方法采用珠海丽珠支原体鉴定、药敏试剂盒对153例女性生殖道感染患者的宫颈分泌物进行检测。结果153例患者中检出114例支原体，阳性率为74．5％，其中解脲支原体（Uu）占阳性率的74．6％，人型支原体（Mh）占阳性率的2．6％，Uu和Mh混合感染占阳性率的22．8％。药敏结果显示：强力霉素和美满霉素的敏感率最高为95．61％，交沙霉素次之为86．84％，罗红霉素、氧氟沙星、左旋氧氟沙星敏感性最低，耐药率最高的是罗红霉素。结论本地区妇科医生可以根据此药敏结果选择强力霉素和美满霉素作为治疗支原体感染的首选。

Infection rate and drug sensitivity of mycoplasma from Cervical secretions of patients with female genital tract infection

Objective To investigate infection rate and drug sensitivity of mycoplasma from Cervical secretions of patients with female genital tract infection in our area and to guide the rational drug use in clinic. Method mycoplasma kit （zhuhai lizhu Company） was used to culture mycoplasma in 153 cases of Cervical secretions of patients with genital tract infection and to observe its drug sensitivity. Results Among the 153 patients of genital tract infection, 114 cases were with mycoplasma culture positive （74.5%）. Ureaplasma urealyticum （Uu） was accounting for 74.6% in all positive samples; Mycoplasma hominis （Mh） was 2.6%; Uu and Mh was 22.8%. The result of drug sensitivity test showed that antibiotics with highest antimicrobial activity were Doxycycline,minocycline,and the sensitivity rate was 95. 61%. the next was Josamycin that was 86. 84%. roxithromycinid, Ofloxacin and sinistral --Ofloxacin had lowest sensitivity rate, and the highest resistance rate was roxithromycinid. Conclusion according to the sensitivity tests, gynecologists may be use Doxycycline and minocycline as the first antibiotics to treat mycoplasma infection in our area.
