豆浆对慢性氟中毒大鼠血清氟及骨氟含量的影响

摘    要:目的研究豆浆对慢性氟中毒的影响。方法以雌性Wistar大鼠24只按体重随机分为3组,每组8只,实验周期为180d。第1组为正常水对照组:自由饮用正常水(0 mmolF/L);第2组为豆浆干预组:自由饮用3.42mmolF/L含氟水+豆浆(平均每日 10ml/只);第3组为染氟组:自由饮用3.42 mmolF/L含氟水。实验180d后测其血清氟及骨氟含量。结果染氟组大鼠血清氟和骨氟含量均明显高于正常水对照组和豆浆对照组,差异有显著性(P〈0.05),豆浆干预组血氟明显下降,与染氟组比差异有显著性(P〈0.05),但骨氟含量与染毒组比较差异无统计学显著性。结论豆浆可能具有降低血氟作用:

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of soybean milk on the fluoride contents of serum and bone in the chronic fluorosis rats. Methods Twenty-four female Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups, each group consisted with 8 rats. The experimental period was 180 days. Group 1 was fluoride negative control group which was fed with 0 mmol F~-/L in drinking water; Group 2 was soybean milk interfering group given daily average 10 ml soybean milk per rat and 3.42mmol F~-/L of drinking water; Group 3 was fluoride positive control group fed with 3.42mmol F~-/L in drinking water. The fluoride contents of serum and bone were detected at the end of the 180 days experimental periods. Result Compared with negative control group the fluoride content of serum in fluoride group was markedly increased (P<0.05). The fluoride contents of serum and bone in soybean milk interfering group were markedly reduced as compared with the fluoride positive control group, especially the serum fluoride content (P<0.05). Conclusion Soybean milk has a marked effect on decrease of serum fluoride in the experimental chronic fluorosis rats.
