柳州鹿寨县农村居民艾滋病健康教育干预效果分析

目的了解健康教育对农村居民的影响,为今后更有效开展艾滋病健康教育提供参考。方法选择部分村屯农民作为研究对象,并随机分为干预组和对照组,对干预组开展各种形式健康教育,干预组与对照组进行干预前后比较分析,同时在干预组内对不同特征人群进行比较分析。结果干预组各知识点总体知晓率提高显著,传播途径、非传播途径、防治知识总知晓率及正确对待艾滋病患者/感染者占比变化率分别为12.8%、11.6%、10.0%、16.0%,对照组分别为2.8%、2.4%、1.6%、1.8%;健康教育效果与性别、年龄无关(P>0.05);高中以上学历干预效果比初中以下学历明显。结论健康教育对农村居民干预效果明显,同时应加强对低学历农民进行各方面知识宣教。

Intervention effect of AIDS health education among the rural residents in Luzhai county

Objective To understand the effect of health education among rural residents and provide reference for developing utility AIDS health education for the future.Method Selecting some farmers as study objects and then randomly divided into intervention group and control group,carry out various kinds of health education on intervention group and analyze the results before and after education,analyze the persons’ characteristics of intervention group.Results The total awareness rate of intervention group increased significantly,the change rates of transmission route,un-transmission route,prevention knowledge awareness rate and correct treatment of AIDS patients or infected person were 10.6%,9.8%,10.6 and 13.8%.Control group were 2.2%,1.6%,1.3% and 1.3%.Health education effect had no relationship between gender and age(P>0.05)and the people with high and middle school educational background were better than junior high educational background.Conclusions Health education among the rural residents was obvious effect,while we should strengthen the health education among farmers with low degree.
