摘    要:目的:筛选舒心贴剂中CVD体外经皮渗透试验的接收液.方法:采用异氰酸苯酯柱前衍生化RP-HPLC法,测定CVD在不同接收液中的饱和浓度,根据溶解性能筛选体外经皮渗透接收液.结果:七种接收液中以30%乙醇/生理盐水中CVD的浓度最高.结论:以主药溶解性能筛选体外经皮渗透试验的接收液,方法可靠、简便.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To select the receptor fluid used in the in-vitro skin permeation study of CVD from Shuxin transdermal patch. METHODS: The saturated concentration of CVD in different receptor fluid was determined by RP-HPLC with precolumn ultraviolet derivatization. And the selection of receptor fluid was based on main drug's dissolvability. RESULTS: The concentration of CVD in 30% ethanol/physiological saline was the highest among seven kinds of receptor fluid. CONCLUSION: The method used to select the receptor fluid based on main drug's dissolvability in the in-vitro skin permeation study is credible and convenient.
