| 摘 要： | 羊膜移植是近几年来发展较快的一项治疗眼表疾病的新技术。由于羊膜具有独特的结构特性，而且来源广泛、处理相对简便，使其在眼表疾病的治疗中得到广泛应用。作者就近年来关于羊膜移植的研究进展，从羊膜的取材、处理及保存、羊膜移植的机制及临床应用作一综述。

| Abstract: | The technique of amniotic membrane transplantation is developping rapidly in treating ocular surface disease recently. Amniotic membrane is widely used in this area due to its unique structure, procurment and graft puparation. The authors describe the methods of processing and preservation of human amniotic membrane, and the histological study and clinical application experiences as well. |
