小儿智力障碍的CT征象分析

目的:对84例智力障碍的小儿CT表现进行分析,以期提高对本病的认识,为治疗及评估预后提供可靠依据。材料与方法:分析84例患儿头部CT表现。结果:①脑发育不良35例,其中一侧大脑半球发育不良27例,双侧大脑半球发育不良4例,小脑半球发育不良1例,脑白质发育不良3例。②脑软化灶12例,均有出生后蛛网膜下腔出血及缺血缺氧性脑病史。③脑穿通畸形3例。④结节性强化3例。⑤脑积水4例。⑥胼胝体发育不良3例。⑦巨脑回畸形2例。⑧基底节区苍白球钙化2例。⑨CT表现无异常22例。结论:CT对小儿智力障碍病因诊断具有重要价值,可为临床制定治疗方案判断预后提供重要依据。

Analysis CT Manifestation of Children Amentia

Purpose:To analysis the CT manifestation of 84 children with amentia in order to inherence knowledge of this disease.Materials and Methods:To analysis the CT manestify of 84 children with amentia.Results:Among these cases,the main manifestation showed brain dysplasia in 35 cases.There are 27 cases with brain dysplasia in one side of cerebral hemisphere.4 cases with brain desplasia in two sides of cerebral hemisphere.1 case with cerebellar hemisphere desplasia,3 cases with leukodystrophy.12 cases cerebromalacia have medical history of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) and hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE).3 showed porencephaly,3 showed tuberous sclerosis,4 showed hydrocephalus,2 showed pachygria.2 showed basal ganglia calcification.CT showed normal in 22 cases.Conclusion:CT has great value for diagnosis the cause of dysgnosia.It can provide the basis of making the way for treatment and evaluation prognosis.
