| 摘 要： | 目的浅谈2型糖尿病酮症的临床特点及处理要点分析。方法回顾性分析2007-01~2009-01间,我院内分泌科收治的400例2型糖尿病患者,其中酮症组200例,对其空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、血清胰岛素、空腹C肽进行比较分析。结果空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血清胰岛素3项P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,酮症组均较非酮症组为高,其余各项差异无统计学意义,两组间无差别。结论空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血清胰岛素高于一般糖尿病患者,对2型糖尿病酮症具有诊断意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study patients with type 2 diabetes ketosis clinical features.Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out from January 2007 to January 2009 in our hospital with type 2 diabetes patients with ketosis or ketoacidosis and 400 cases with complete data for the observation group,also selected the same hospitalization in patients with non-ketosis 2 diabetes.Results Fasting blood glucose,serum triglycerides,total cholesterol and fasting C peptide were almost the same;the two groups were observed after the treatment group than control group,glycated hemoglobin.Conclusion The topic chosen for the treatment of diabetic keto disease treatment was effective,and might be worthy of attention. |
