健康人群与HIV感染者和AIDS病人外周血组分差异分析

目的研究健康人群与HIV感染者/艾滋病病人细胞亚型和血常规相关指标的差异。方法应用FAC-SCalibur流式细胞仪,采用Multiset检测分析软件进行三色和四色流式检测;血常规检测应用ABX MICROS 60自动分析仪进行。结果三组人群CD3 T淋巴细胞、CD4 T淋巴细胞、CD4/CD8、NK细胞计数、CD4 5细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、总淋巴细胞计数(TLC)、单核细胞计数等指标均表现出显著性差异(P<0.05)。三组人群CD4 T淋巴细胞与CD3 T淋巴细胞(r=0.541,P<0.001)、CD4/CD8(r=0.768,P<0.001)、CD4 5细胞、总淋巴细胞计数(r=0.455,P<0.001)、单核细胞计数(r=0.389,P<0.001)相关,有统计学意义。结论HIV对感染者血液细胞亚群的影响是广泛的,总淋巴细胞计数对于判断HIV感染者是否进入艾滋病期有参考价值。

Differences in peripheral blood components between healthy people and HIV carriers and/AIDS patients

Objective To investigate the differences in blood cell subtypes and related routine blood indices between healthy people and HIV carriers /AIDS patients.Methods Blood cell subtypes were analyzed by using FACS Calibur flow cytometer and routine blood indices were tested by applying ABX MICROS 60.Results There were significant differences between these three population groups in CD 3 T cell,CD 4 T cell,NK cell,CD 45 cell,RBC,HGB TLC and monocyte counts.CD 4 T cell counts were significantly correlated with CD 3 T cell(r=0.541,P<0.001),CD4/CD8(r=0.768,P<0.001)CD 45 cell,total lymphocyte count(TLC,r=0.455,P<0.001)and monocyte counts(r=0.389,P<0.001).Conclusion HIV infection has comprehensive effect on human blood cell subtypes,and TLC is an important index in estimating the progression of HIV infection into AIDS stage.
