| 摘 要： | 本文报道急性脑梗塞患者２０例，应用纳络酮治疗，并与维脑路通治疗的对照组相比较。结果为纳洛酮治疗急性脑塞优于对照组，该药具有较好的催醒作用起效迅速，临床症状改善明显，副作用小，是治疗急性脑梗塞的较有效制剂。

| Abstract: | 20 Patients with acute cerebral infarction were treated with naloxone. The results showed that hemiplagia and other symptoms were recovered more rapidely and greatly in 15 patients compared with control gtoup who treated by venoruton drug.The data suggested that the naloxone could be used in the patients with acute cerebral ischemia in the early stage.The pathogenosis of naloxone for cerebral ischemia were discussed in the paper. |
