定期心理治疗对提高精神分裂症患者生活质量的干预效应:2年随访

目的探讨定期心理治疗对提高精神分裂症患者生活质量的干预作用。方法对经住院治愈回归社区且能每月1次定期门诊随访迭2年的精神分裂症患者150例，随机分成干预组（70例）和对照组（80例）。干预组经门诊定期心理治疗进行干预，2年后与对照组采用生活质量综合评定问卷（gQOLI）进行评定，同时进行复发率的比较。结果干预组的gOOLI中躯体健康功能、心理健康功能、社会功能3个维度量表分明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），物质生活维度两组无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；干预组复发率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论定期心理治疗有利于提高精神分裂症患者的生活质量，降低复发率，提高社会功能。

The Intervention Effects of Periodical Psychotherapy on Improving Quality of Life for Schizophrenics A Two-year Follow up

Objective To explore the intervention effects of periodical psychotherapy on improving quality of life for schizophrenics. Methods 150 cases with schizophrenia who were cured return to community from hospitalization were randomly divided into intervention group (n=70) and control group (n=80), and were followed up for two years with monthly outpatient service. The patients of intervention group were given psychotherapy and outpatient service for two years. The gQOLI and recurrent rate were evaluated and compared between the two groups. Results The intervention group showed significantly higher than the control group in three dimensions' score of functions of body, psychology and society on gQOLI (P<0.05). There were no significant difference between the two groups in material life dimension (P>0.05). The intervention group showed significantly lower recurrent rate than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Periodical psychotherapy was useful for improving life quality, reducing recurrent rate and enhancing social function in schizophrenics.
