| 摘 要： | 同型半胱氨酸（Hcy)在血中浓度增高可显著增加心血管疾病的发生率。但轻度的高Hcy血症与心血管疾病之间是否存在必然联系尚有争议。有很多关于心血管疾患病人用叶酸降低血中Hcy浓度的研究，仍不能将叶酸的作用与其他可降低血浆Hcy浓度的因素作出区分。

| Abstract: | Many data show that hyperhomocysteinemia is correlated with the increased rate of cardiovascular diseases.Yet,there is controversy about the relationship between mild hyperhomocysteinemia and cardiovascular diseases.Lots of study suggest that the concentration of plasma homocysteine was reduced by using folic acid in patients with cardiovascular diseases.But,the effect of folic aicd can not be identified from other factors reducing the concentration of plasma homocysteine. |
